We had such a great and easy experience with Sue, from the very first message to speaking over the phone back and forth was a great experience. I was very nervous planning and organising what we wanted onto the key and Sue understood what we wanted.
Seeing the key for the very first time we were very surprised and all that hard work planning back and forth was all worth it, the key just speaks for itself; beautiful and elegant.

Where to start lol I was stressed out cause the people that were originally going to make my mums key canceled on me 5 days before my mums birthday. I had found etch2edge through facebook marketplace and sent them a message that I needed to get a key done ASAP! Without any hesitation, Su (Sudeep) said she will make it happen just send through my ideas and they will be able to get it done. If it wasn’t for this beautiful couple to save the day and make it happen I would’ve been really gutted. We reached out after seeing a key from a friends daughter. I really loved how different it was. With approx 4 weeks before the birthday party, and due to unforeseen circumstances w our original carver, we went w Etch and chose a completely different key. To say I was nervous was an understatement. This is the type of stuff you prepare years in advance, not weeks! Communication was seamless and quick. Expectations met in writing and on pictures.
